Web hosting [Mandatory]

Government institutions should use hosting services that meet requirements for security, reliability, and comply with relevant regulations such as the law on data protection and data privacy in Rwanda. Currently all government websites must be hosted by the designated Rwanda-based ICT service provider and operator of the National Data Center.
