Websites should respect user privacy and comply with Rwanda’s law on data protection and data privacy and all other relevant data protection regulations. This includes providing clear and concise privacy policies, obtaining user consent for data collection and processing, and ensuring that user data is kept secure. Government websites should also comply with the RISA Privacy by Design guidelines.
