Scope

This document is applicable to all employees governed by the general statutes for public service within the ICT sector, including core IT staff, support staff, heads of units, and executive personnel. However, it does not extend to short-term contractual staff or employees currently in their probationary period. Additionally, the guidelines are relevant to public servants in other institutions outside the ICT sector who are responsible for IT functions. The manual comprehensively addresses the entire skills development training process, from needs assessment to post-training evaluation.
