Enforcement of spend control guidelines

Chief digitalization offices in collaboration with RISA are required to adopt and enforce implementation of these spend control guidelines in all institutions under their mandate.

Ministry or institutions/Agencies which do not follow these guidelines their submissions will not be approved and this will affect the allocation of funds to your ICT Needs/ Projects.
