Hosting
Government institutions must utilize hosting services that meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and regulatory compliance, in full adherence to the Law on Data Protection and Privacy in Rwanda.
To promote compliance, standardization, and cost efficiency across all government digital platforms, institutions are strongly encouraged to host their websites under the Centralized Government Portal managed by the Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA).

How to Join
To join the Centralized Government Portal, institutions must submit a formal written request addressed to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA). A copy of the request should be sent to typo3support@risa.gov.rw
The request should briefly describe the institution’s mandate and any specific technical requirements, if applicable.
Upon receipt, RISA will review the request and coordinate with the institution’s technical team to facilitate the onboarding process.
Support: The RISA Software Team will assist institutions in aligning their websites with the Government of Rwanda Websites Guideline.
