Introduction

The Government of Rwanda under the leadership of Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) is documenting end-to-end Enterprise Architecture (EA) models for all public entities. This initiative is being undertaken with the goal of presenting a common view of the Business and Technology landscape across all entities. This view will in the long run provide enough information to government entities to help with making investment decisions.
